Troubleshoot PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop

Having trouble printing, emailing or saving as a PDF from QuickBooks Desktop? Here are three solutions to help you troubleshoot this issue:
Solution 1: Install and run the Print & PDF Repair Tool (http://dlm2.download.intuit.com/akdlm/SBD/QuickBooks/QBPDF/QuickBooksDesktopPDFTool.exe)

Solution 1: Install the PDF and Print Repair Tool
Make sure QuickBooks is updated to the latest release before you begin.
Step 1: Download and run the Print & PDF Repair Tool
Step 2: Reset your temp folder permissions
Step 3: Confirm you can print to your XPS (only for Save as PDF and Email issues)
Solution 2: Check to see if the reconcile window is off of the screen
If QuickBooks appears to lockup after selecting reconcile from the Banking menu, but PDF functions are working, the reconcile window may be appearing off of the screen.
Choose the Window menu and look in the list to see if your reconcile window is listed.
Select Close All and begin the reconcile again.
Solution 3: Test, reinstall, and adjust permissions for XPS Document Writer (for users who use Windows but not Terminal Services)
